Ashes to Ashes Pet Crematory provides pet cremation services for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles and most other pets, including some farm animals (see below for more information).

You will need to bring your deceased pet directly to us.

 

You will be notified that your pet’s cremains are ready as quickly as the selected process allows.

 

If you want a decorative or more permanent option for your beloved pet, we carry a selection of decorative urns and remembrance jewelry onsite. We are happy to assist with placing a special order for engraving, color, shape, style and breed specific items through catalogs available at our office and on-line.

 

Your pet’s remains are handled with dignity and respect at all times; our identification and tracking processes ensure that only your pet’s cremains are returned to you.

 

We respect and support the amazing working animals that make so many lives better with their eager, dedicated, loving service. Our cremation services are offered at NO CHARGE to certain licensed K-9, service and rescue trained animals. If you know someone who works with these special animals, please let them know we are here should the need ever arise.

Cremation Defined

 

Cremation is “the process of reducing the body involved by exposing it to intense heat.” The body is reduced to its basic mineral form. Although processed remains are commonly called “ashes,” the proper term is “cremains.”

We accept payment by cash, credit card or debit card.

Farm Animal Surcharge

Besides poultry and water fowl, many farm animals are not eligible for cremation as their body type and/or size provide challenges.  If you have any questions, you must contact Gene at 207-943-6474 to discuss.
